Does Eskom benefit south Africa?

Eskom loadshedding

#Eskomloadshedding has been a huge crisis in south Africa as we have been in the dark for years which shows that loadshedding does not benefit us at all, there are certain stages for loadshedding whereby the bigger the stage the more the electricity goes. Loadshedding has always been our enemies as huge businesses suffers from their products expiring and them losing huge profits, Eskom loadshedding has led to some deaths in hospitals and clinics because of the machines not functioning, the hospitals and clinics are waiting for the government to provide them with the generators in order for them to save lives of the people. low GDP and affects the country's economy growth.

Social media has power to affect the organization or business reputation in a negative way as the audience reads the post or the blogs of talking about Eskom and starts getting negative reviews about it, the harsh reviews that destroy the organization and the embarrassing photos that are unpleasant, and they are being shared over twitter by millions of people. Sometimes it's so difficult to influence people otherwise. because of the negative comments that are been put on Eskom because word of mouth it's so powerful that any public relations professional cannot do anything to save the skin of Eskom. There are people who uses machines to breath at home and without them having the machines to breath they might die because they don't have a life support. Loadshedding leads to our downfall for our economy as we have the low GDP and affects the country's economy growth.

public relation professionals can reach a large amount of their audience via social media to influence them about how Eskom is good for them, as there are so many people using social media in this way the Eskom can use it to update people about their energy supply and to update the large audience through social media, having a large platform where you can share your products helps in terms of their companies looking forward in investing into the company. They build a very direct connection with their audience, whereby they know their target audience and you know what type of energy supply suits them just like coal power and hydro power, being directly connected with the audience makes it easier for Eskom to listen to their customer crisis which forms a good customers service, Eskom can deal with the problems directly on a person to person and build your company's brand positively.

The are many ways that Eskom can make in order to put smiles on south African faces just like improving their energy supplies and making partnership with other electricity supplies in order to have sufficient power to light up the whole south Africa, hydrogen power is also the most powerful energy supply to light up south Africa which is better than a coal power cause coal it's not sufficient in South Africa and also giving the small businesses generators and installing solar energy power in south Africans homes.
